These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.altamirains.com (the "Site"), operated by Altamira Insurance Agency LLC ("Altamira," "we," "us," "our"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. Licensing & No Insurance Contract

Altamira is an independent insurance brokerage licensed in California (License No. 6017420), Nevada, Utah, Arizona, and Texas. The Site provides general information and the ability to request quotes, certificates, and bonds. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer of insurance, an insurance contract, or a binder of coverage. Coverage is bound only when issued in writing by an admitted insurance carrier and confirmed by Altamira.

2. Information Accuracy

We strive to keep Site content accurate, but coverage descriptions, premium ranges, and underwriting examples are provided for general guidance only and may change without notice. The actual terms of any policy are governed by the policy itself.

3. Your Submissions

When you submit a quote, COI, or contact request, you represent that the information you provide is true and complete to the best of your knowledge. Misstatements on an insurance application may result in denial of coverage or rescission of a policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its underlying systems.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the Site by automated means without our written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

All Site content — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to Altamira and protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use; any other use requires our prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site links to third-party services such as ePayPolicy (payments), Propeller (bond purchase), and carrier portals. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third parties.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altamira and its members, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to USD $100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for our gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that may not be limited by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Altamira from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Utah, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits the consumer-protection rights of California residents that may not be waived under California law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
